Our hope is to always be able to support femme leadership, our voices and visions, this was such a great opportunity to do so 💫

* In this workshop we will dive into 3 dimensions of sustainable community building in the music industry: navigating personal relationships with care, establishing clear communication for healthy relations, and understanding proper ethics in co-creative settings. *
* Dans cet atelier nous allons explorer trois piliers du développement communautaire dans l’industrie de la musique: naviguer le relationnel dans une approche bienveillante, établir des codes de communication clairs pour des relations saines, et comprendre les processus éthiques dans des contextes de co-création. *

While many jams celebrate a particular genre or similar genres, #TheGetUp’s jam is oriented to harness the best of what Montreal has to offer, intentionally bringing together musicians of various talents and musical backgrounds to create a sound that doesn’t exist yet.
